The discovery call is a chance to pressure test your project before committing time, budget or internal energy.
Use this call to:
- Clarify what your project actually is and what it is not
- Sense check timelines, risks and dependencies
- Understand whether fractional project management is the right fit for you
- Get an experienced delivery expert’s perspective without commitment
The call is as much for you as it is for me. I don’t take on every project and this call helps us both decide whether working together makes sense.
